I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to all members of the Banjosa Community for taking the much-needed step to establish the BDC. It is indeed a source of great pleasure that in such a short span of time, the inspiring leadership and dedicated members have done phenomenal work, meaningfully assisting the needy members of our village. When reflecting on the achievements of the BDC, the most revealing and encouraging aspect is the discovery of the prodigiously talented young people in our village. I was honestly surprised and delighted by the insightfulness and brilliant ideas of these young, imaginative minds, all focused on the upliftment of our community. Their positive, forward-thinking approach and visionary suggestions will undoubtedly contribute to making our village a model for others to follow in the future. I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the immense interest and support from our diaspora in the UK, USA, Canada, and the Middle East. Despite their numerous commitments and job obligations, they have wholeheartedly supported the BDC's activities and projects with valuable suggestions and generous donations. It is also crucial to mention that no society or community can achieve sustainable progress without the active involvement of its women. They are the backbone of families and play an essential role in the growth and development of communities. The selfless initiative taken by our respected women members in participating in all BDC activities has been a tremendous asset to the community. Their tireless dedication to uplifting the underprivileged and empowering women to become contributing members of society is a source of great pride for all of us. We deeply appreciate the role our women have played in strengthening and supporting the BDC to its current stature. There is no denying the reality that the BDC has significant responsibilities to continue its efforts towards achieving its objectives. Background Of Banjosa Development Council

Banjosa Development Council has been founded by the conscious residents of union council Banjosa and vibrant Diaspora to develop Banjosa as a Model Village. Realizing social responsibilities as a responsible citizen, residents of Union Council Banjosa set their role in unity, progress, and prosperity of the people of the Union Council with new ideas for community services by playing effective roles and contributions. BDC believes in professionally managed work with the use of the latest available technologies and an enhanced focus on training and development of its human capital irrespective of gender. BDC believes in best management practices by making a decision in democratic manners for achieving targets set for the uplifting of quality of life
