BDC is an NGO, believes in providing community services to the people of Union Council Banjosa apart from the sect, gender, family, religion, political affiliation, etc.
This constitution may be called the “Constitution of Banjosa Development Council” Applicability/Jurisdiction It extends to the whole of Union Council Banjosa situated in Tehsil Rawalakot District Poonch Azad Kashmir (Part of State of Jammu & Kashmir under the administrative control of Pakistan).
This constitution is applicable/enforceable from the 1st day of April 2021 or on the first meeting of the General Council of BDC.
